Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days — Free on orders $20 and up
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days — $15.00
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe please email us at shoreandselflove@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and make it right within 48 hours.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged please email us immediately with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
